Membership Policy

Membership Terms & Conditions

• Membership is valid for 3 years from the date of registration.
• Members are entitled to unlimited services during validity.
• Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered customer.
• Membership covers service charges only; spare parts (if required) are charged separately.
• Services are provided during official working hours only.
• Management reserves the right to amend charges or benefits with prior notice.

Membership Lifetime Extension Policy

3 or more services availed	Membership expires as per standard validity

Membership Validity Clause

• The membership card is valid for one household only.
• Joint families with separate kitchens are considered separate households and require separate memberships.
• Multiple appliances within the same household (primary and backup use) are covered under one membership.
